The Victoria Program aims to support the many orphans (more than 10% of the region's under 15s) and children without direct family support in a region where the global AIDS-epidemic most likely originated.

PTZ employs 230 Tanzanians (52 % women) to run the Victoria Program led by Philippe Krynen.
